Peter Salomone is Managing Director of Salomone Mortgage Planning (SMP), which provides an innovative suite of Real Estate Equity and Cash Flow Management solutions for individuals seeking to increase their net worth and enhance their retirement savings. Prior to founding SMP, Peter was an executive of The Money Store where he helped expand the company from $500 million in sales in 1993 to $8 billion five years later when it was sold to First Union Corporation. At the time of its sale, The Money Store was Greater Sacramento's largest public company.

In addition to his memberships with the California Mortgage Broker Association, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the Certified Mortgage Planner Specialist Institute, Peter is a licensed Mortgage Broker with the California Department of Real Estate. He is committed to utilizing his mortgage planning expertise and 25 years of experience to assist his clients to realize their dreams and financial aspirations rather than merely providing traditional mortgage lending services.

Peter also has a degree in psychology, is a member of the Society for Shamanic Practitioners and speaks fluent Italian. He resides in Placerville, California with his wife and three children.
